HeatBoss-12™
HeatBoss-12™ is manufactured with 100% Technora® aramid fibre, this product offers extremely high strength and a very high melting point in comparison to other fibers.
Characteristics
- Extremely high strength – on a weight for weight basis, Technora® is 8 times stronger than steel
- Very high heat resistance with a thermal decomposition threshold of 932°F (500°C) and can be used at 200°C for long periods
- Light weight – 1/5 the weight of steel cable
- Flexible with good fatigue resistance
- Abrasion resistant
- Low stretch
- Easy to splice
